In this powerful routine, you’ll do two back-to-back exercises for opposing muscle groups with very little rest between exercises. The transition back and forth between opposing muscle groups will allow one muscle group to rest briefly while the other works, but this routine moves! You’ll repeat each super set for a total of three sets before getting a two-minute break between rounds to give you time to power back up and push on. Challenging your muscles to work through fatigue as you move quickly between exercises will help to increase your overall strength and stamina.
