This routine will demand your strength and focus as you perform weighted exercises in a triset method, doing three exercises for the same body part back-to-back with very little rest between exercises. You will then repeat the triset before getting a two-minute break to recoup and prepare for the next round. In each round, you’ll focus on the same or related muscle groups, placing more demand and overload on each specific muscle group before reaching your two-minute break.
