The exercises in this mesocycle are organized for Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps in the same order as they are listed in their title to maximize your rest between sets while keeping your downtime to a minimum. You should try to do eight reps for every set of each exercise, but don’t worry if you can’t always complete eight reps. Just do your best and give every set your all.
