Get ready to pick up some heavier weights and slow down the reps. You’ll have 18 alternating bicep and triceps exercises (9 of each). We’ll be working in a controlled 8 to 12 rep range for each exercise (for the most part). Have a variety of handweights so that you have options to quickly switch to heavier or lighter if needed. It will take a couple of workouts to find your perfect challenge so have a notebook handy to jot down your weights. I’ll be trying to find that perfect weight right along with you.
